VB Media is the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through linkaprint.co.uk and the Linkaprint plugin/app.

- Account and order data is retained while your subscription is active and for up to 6 years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.
- Telemetry data is retained for 12 months after your licence expires.
- Analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings.
